  4. Make the payment; a PDF of your ticket will automatically download or can be found under 'My Tickets'.

• For Existing Users:

  The online rail ticketing service management has transitioned from CNS BD to Shohoz LTD. As a result, previous login details will no longer be accepted, requiring all users to re-register for their Bangladesh Railway E-Ticketing Service Account.

  If you encounter difficulties downloading e-tickets due to PDF file incompatibility on your device, rest assured that tickets will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow some time for this process.
